BBCM, Butcher, Baker and Cappucino Maker, is a European-inspired cafe and restaurant that recently opened in West Hollywood. The atmosphere is designed with extreme attention to detail and will inspire as it transports you to a new world.

To further enhance the aesthetics of the space, the Custom Shop designed 5 bright and colorful pieces of equipment specifically for Butcher, Baker, and Cappucino Maker.

First, A La Marzocco GB5. We powder coated the machine pastel green and off-white with a matte finish. Custom glass panels were mounted on the side and etched with the BBCM logo in brass leaf inlay. A brass leaf logo was added to the front of the body panel. Custom herringbone engraved walnut portafilter handles were laser etched to replace the stock handles. The machine was finished with brass-plated and polished accents.

To sit next to the grinder, a Mazzer Robur E and a Mazzer Super Jolly E grinders were powder coated the same pastel green and off-white as the Espresso Machine.

To top off the look and tie everything together, two Napa Technology WineStations were powder coated with the off-white matte finish then hand-painted with gold detail by our partners Forever Powder Coating.
