Tucked inside the Historic Public Market of Kansas City is City Market Coffee Roasters. A roasting company with a passion for local, fresh and organic goods. With 20 years of business under their belt, we were happy to customize a machine to help them celebrate and better serve their customers.
Nikole Ammer, Owner and Master Roaster, reached out with some inspirational custom machine ideas. After some compelling and creative back and forth with City Market we landed on this stunning concept.
This 3 group Synesso MVP Hydra was customized with Matte Black and Gloss White powder coated body, Zebra wood handles and a back panel accent with engraved “CMCR” logo. To tie the machine all together, we included the hand painted City Market Coffee Roasters portafilter logo on side panels.
The clean sharp hand painted feel and the zebra styled wood fits the overall historic vibes of the City Market but at the same time, the clean gloss white powder coat adds a fresh modern touch. It was a pleasure to customize this Synesso MVP Hydra for City Market and the results are truly amazing!
