Scace 2 - Espresso Machine Thermofilter with Temperature & Pressure Readout
The Scace 2 takes the original Thermofilter concept further by adding a built-in glycerin-filled pressure gauge alongside the Type T thermocouple - so you get simultaneous brew temperature and brew pressure readings at the group. It's exclusive to EspressoParts.com.

INSTALLATION
Insert into the group like a portafilter, rotate counter-clockwise to lock, snug it down for a proper seal, then pull a shot as normal to read live temperature and pressure - straightforward for anyone who runs the machine day to day.
PRO TIPS
- Expect water to exit the small orifice on the bottom fitting during use - that's by design, calibrated to simulate the resistance of a real coffee puck, not a defect.
- If your readings look off, check that the device is fully seated and locked before troubleshooting the machine - an under-tightened Scace 2 won't build to true brew pressure.
