INSTALLATION
A direct drop-in fit — no assembly needed, arrives complete with spring and basket installed.
PRO TIPS
- A walnut handle needs a bit more care than resin or plastic — wipe it dry after use rather than leaving it wet in a bar sink, and it'll hold its finish for years.
- Bottomless portafilters show extraction problems (channeling, uneven flow) instantly since there's no spout to hide them — if shots suddenly start spraying unevenly after a switch to bottomless, it's usually a dosing or distribution issue, not the portafilter.
