Asco P302 Commercial Pressurestat (30A)
The Asco (formerly Sirai) commercial pressurestat, model #P302-6, for 110-120V/220-240V equipment. This is the part that reads boiler steam pressure through an internal diaphragm and switches the heating element on and off to hold your set pressure — by far the most common pressurestat used across the industry, both historically and today.

INSTALLATION
This involves electrical wiring and boiler pressure calibration, so it should be installed and calibrated by a qualified coffee technician.
PRO TIPS
- European machines spec fittings in British Standard Pipe (BSP), which is measured by the male thread's inside diameter, not the outside — a 1/4" male BSP fitting actually measures about 16mm (1/2") across the outside. Measuring the outside of the fitting is the most common way people order the wrong size.
