Mahlkonig E80S / PEAK 80 mm Premium Cast Steel Burrs
These 80mm premium cast steel burrs, glass bead blasted and hardened to 64-66 HRC, fit the PEAK, E80S, and E80S GbW espresso grinders — also compatible with the Ditting 804 Lab Sweet, Ditting 807 Lab Sweet, and Ditting PEAK. Built for high-volume cafés (30kg+ per week) needing best-in-cup taste and high grind speeds, with a medium-setting grind life of roughly 2,500kg (5,511 lbs). Current part #105780 (previously #103993). This is a special order item shipped directly from the manufacturer separately from the rest of your order: in-stock units ship fast, while out-of-stock units typically require 1-2 weeks for processing before shipping.
