Fiorenzato F64E Dark-T Flat Burr Set
Flat burr set made from M340 steel with Dark-T coating, rated for roughly 3,000 kg of coffee versus about 600 kg for standard steel burrs. Fiorenzato produces its burrs in-house on CNC equipment, which is part of why its grinders are known for staying clean on the bar. Not to be confused with the EVO version.
