Grinder Burr Mounting Screw – M4 x 8mm

Cylindrical Phillips-head burr screw for securing flat or conical burr sets to the grinder's burr carrier. Note: this screw does not fit the Mazzer Major burr set.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • M4 x 8 mm, cylindrical Phillips head
  • 0.05 mm thread pitch (fine thread)

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Most standard M4 burr carriers — NOT compatible with the Mazzer Major burr set

INSTALLATION

Simple DIY task during burr replacement.

PRO TIPS

  • Don't overtighten — these are fine-thread screws into relatively soft burr carrier material, and stripping the threads means replacing the whole carrier, not just the screw. Snug them down firmly by hand-feel rather than cranking with a power driver.
  • Double-check your burr set before ordering — the near-identical-looking screws on a Mazzer Major use a different spec and will not thread in correctly.
