La Pavoni Base Screw — Torx Security
This is the current Torx T20 security-head base screw (with center post) used to secure the metal base to the plastic cover on older-style La Pavoni machines, threading down through a hole beneath the drain cup. It supersedes the earlier M9 x 19 mm Phillips screw.

INSTALLATION
Requires a Torx T20 security bit with center-post clearance — a standard Torx bit won't seat, so confirm you have the right driver before starting this DIY job.

- Pick up a genuine Torx security bit before you start — the center post in this security-style head will stop a standard Torx driver from seating.
