Lever Group Piston Gasket – 52 x 40 x 7mm

This is the piston seal used inside classic lever-group espresso machines — the small rubber ring that keeps water pressure contained as the lever piston strokes up and down. Most lever groups use three of these per group, so when one starts weeping, the other two are usually close behind.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Dimensions: 52 x 40 x 7 mm

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Astoria/CMA and Wega lever groups, and cross-fits many other classic lever machines including Bezzera, Brasilia, BFC/Royal, Nuova Simonelli, La Pavoni, Rossi, and Vibiemme lever units
  • Replaces: Astoria/CMA 12201, Bezzera 7491001, BFC/Royal 0530225, Brasilia 00807.0.00.02, Nuova Ricambi 700708, Nuova Simonelli & Victoria Arduino (pre-2012) 17000021, Victoria Arduino (post-2012) 17000016, Pavoni 361017/361018, Rossi 0342, Vibiemme GUARORTENPIST, and Wega W10388/WY12201
  • Works with: lever group piston assembly (typically 3 gaskets per group)

INSTALLATION

Straightforward for an experienced DIYer with the piston assembly disassembled, but if you've never pulled a lever group apart before, a technician familiar with lever machines will save you time and spring-tension headaches.

PRO TIPS

  • Since three of these run per group, replace all three together during a rebuild — if one has hardened or is leaking, the other two are almost always at the same point in their service life, and doing them one at a time just means another teardown next month.
