Mazzer Super Jolly Genuine Burr Set (233M)
Genuine Mazzer flat burr set for the Super Jolly grinder, factory-packaged and stamped with Mazzer's original part number. The Super Jolly has also been sold under the name "Normale" and, decades ago, was sometimes mislabeled "Brevetto" (Italian for "patent"). Mazzer has built grinder-dosers since the 1940s and remains one of the most trusted names in commercial espresso grinding.

INSTALLATION

PRO TIPS
- Burrs dull gradually, so you won't get a dramatic "this is broken" signal — watch for grind time creeping up at the same setting, or flavor turning flat/muted, as your cue that it's time to replace them.
- Reset your grind adjustment from scratch after installing new burrs — dial-in position always shifts slightly with a fresh burr set.
