Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Group Head Bell O-ring

This EPDM o-ring seats underneath the group bell (the bayonet ring the portafilter locks into) on Nuova Simonelli Aurelia machines, sealing water between the group and the bell. The same o-ring is also used in the Victoria Arduino drain assembly.

INSTALLATION

Straightforward once the group bell is off — a technician-level job, but not a difficult one.

  • Remove the group bell first — it gives you direct access to both this o-ring and the group head gasket at the same time, so if one's due for replacement, check the other while you're in there.
