Nuova Simonelli / Eureka 75mm Burr Set (MDJ, MDL, Mythos)
An aftermarket carbon steel burr set, 74 mm outside diameter with a 38 mm internal bore, 9 mm thick, three mounting holes. Built for the Nuova Simonelli MDJ, MDL, and MDLCA grinders (including the Mythos/Caffetteria Italiana superautomatic line) as well as the closely related Eureka Lusso MDLCA75 and MDML.

INSTALLATION

- Carbon steel burrs like this bite a little more aggressively than ceramic when new — expect to back off your grind setting slightly after installation and re-dial rather than assuming your old setting still applies.
