Nuova Simonelli 'MCF' Doser Cam
Small plastic pawl (ratchet) that indexes the doser mechanism one dose at a time on Nuova Simonelli MCF-equipped grinders. Also sold under the Eureka part number as a cross-brand component.

INSTALLATION
DIY - accessible once the doser lid is off; a few minutes with basic hand tools.
PRO TIPS
- This cam is deliberately made of plastic so it wears out before the metal ratchet spring does - if the doser handle starts feeling like it's "slipping" or not advancing a full dose per pull, check this cam's teeth for rounding before you assume the spring has failed.
