O-Ring 0112 - Gaggia Classic Steam Valve Seal

This is the standard rubber version of the OR 0112 o-ring that seals the steam valve to the boiler on the Gaggia Classic — the same size as our Viton M_47, just in standard rubber. It also supersedes the older M_175 part number if that's what you find referenced in older manuals.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • 2.62mm thickness x 9.92mm inside diameter (OR 0112 standard); rubber (Viton version sold separately as M_47)

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Gaggia Classic
  • Replaces: Gaggia part numbers DM0041/081 and 996530054245, and our own superseded M_175
  • Works with: steam valve-to-boiler junction

INSTALLATION

Simple DIY o-ring swap once the steam valve assembly is removed from the boiler.

PRO TIPS

  • If your Gaggia Classic is weeping steam or water from around the steam valve body rather than out the tip, this o-ring — not the valve itself — is almost always the culprit. A light coat of food-safe silicone grease on the o-ring before reassembly keeps it from twisting or pinching as you thread the valve back onto the boiler.
