La Pavoni Piston V-Gasket

The V-shaped piston gasket used in La Pavoni's home lever machines — there are two per piston, so order accordingly, and this fits every home model and version going back more than 40 years.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • 44mm OD (widest point) x 36mm ID x 5.5mm thick

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: all La Pavoni home lever machines (40+ years of models)
  • Replaces: La Pavoni part #361005

INSTALLATION

Technician-level — piston must be removed from the group.

PRO TIPS

  • Orientation is critical: install both V-gaskets with their open ends facing away from each other and the flat surfaces meeting in the center of the piston — installed backwards, they won't hold brewing pressure.
  • Always lubricate with a food-safe grease before reassembly so the piston moves freely and the gaskets don't tear on insertion.
