PTFE Sealing Gasket for 1/2" Fittings — Multi-Brand Fit
A 1/2" PTFE gasket that crosses over an unusually wide range of commercial machines — from Ascaso and Astoria to Marzocco, Vibiemme and Wega. PTFE won't compress-set or degrade from hot water the way rubber gaskets eventually do, which is why it's the OEM choice across so many brands for this fitting size.

INSTALLATION
Standard fitting reseal — hand-tight plus a wrench quarter-turn is typically enough; PTFE doesn't need the extra crush that rubber gaskets do.
PRO TIPS
- Because PTFE doesn't compress the way rubber does, over-tightening won't get you a better seal — it just deforms the gasket. If a fitting is still weeping after snugging it down, the sealing faces themselves are likely nicked or out of round, not the gasket.
