Rancilio 140° Steam Temperature Thermostat
OEM stock replacement steam thermostat for Rancilio machines, rated at 140°C, and includes the mounting bracket.

INSTALLATION
A job for someone comfortable with basic electrical work; the mounting bracket is included.
PRO TIPS
- Use thermal paste on the sensing head before bolting or clamping the thermostat down — it fills microscopic gaps between the switch and contact surface for accurate heat transfer, and it's especially important on pipe-mount installs. Don't use it as an adhesive.
- Choose a thermally-stable synthetic paste that won't harden, dry out or melt in normal use — a degraded thermal interface is a common reason a freshly-replaced thermostat still cycles steam temperature inconsistently.
