Rancilio 230V 4300W Three-Group Heating Element (Epoca/Classe)
This ~410 mm heating element is built for two- and three-group Epoca and Classe 6/7/8/10 machines (and current 9/11 models), and fits any Rancilio with the same triangular flange and correct boiler length. It replaces the discontinued R_11.
SPECIFICATIONS
- 230V, 4300W; ~410 mm length; triangular flange mount
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: Rancilio Epoca, Classe 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 (and other models sharing this flange and boiler length)
- Replaces: R_11 (discontinued); note that older S and Z series elements used threaded electrical terminals and are obsolete — this element requires rewiring the harness to spade terminals, and machines with an old threaded thermostat orifice will also need the updated thermostat
INSTALLATION
A job for a qualified technician — this involves draining the boiler, disconnecting mains wiring, and confirming flange/terminal compatibility before reinstalling.
PRO TIPS
- This element does not include the boiler gasket — order one separately so you're not left waiting mid-repair.
