Rancilio Group Gicleur/Jet – Brass, 2mm Orifice
Rancilio's brass gicleur (jet) for Classe and Epoca group heads, restoring correct water flow into the group. Rancilio tried a stainless-steel version of this jet and found it didn't perform as well, so they reverted to the original brass design — this listing is that proven brass part.

INSTALLATION
Straightforward DIY replacement once the group head shower screen and dispersion block are removed.
PRO TIPS
- If shots run fast and thin or channel despite fresh baskets and a properly dosed puck, a clogged or worn gicleur is a commonly overlooked culprit — pull it and check the 2 mm orifice for mineral scale before replacing other parts.
- Rancilio switched back to brass after the stainless version underperformed — if your machine still has the earlier stainless jet, upgrading to this brass version can restore more consistent extraction.
