Rancilio Commercial Group Head Rebuild Kit

Everything needed to refresh a Rancilio commercial group head in one kit — gasket, screen, screw, and the stainless dispersion nut. This fits any current Rancilio commercial solenoid-operated group.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: any current Rancilio commercial solenoid-operated group head
  • Replaces: group head gasket R_17 (OEM 36301046), group head screen R_39 (OEM 40200005), group head screw R_49 (OEM 37030518), and stainless dispersion nut R_402 (OEM 25139001)

INSTALLATION

A shop-standard job for a coffee technician — pull the dispersion screen assembly, swap all four parts together, and reseat.

PRO TIPS

  • Replace all four parts as a set even if the gasket looks like the only thing leaking — a scaled-up dispersion nut restricts water flow and can cause channeling that gets blamed on the pump or boiler instead of the actual culprit.
  • Wipe down the group face and inspect for pitting before installing the new gasket; a pitted group face will chew through a new gasket just as fast as the old one.
