INSTALLATION
Requires disassembling the steam/water valve, best handled by a technician or an experienced DIYer comfortable with valve rebuilds.
PRO TIPS
- Since Rancilio has discontinued this guide, stock up if your machine's valve is due for a rebuild, a worn or missing spring guide causes the valve piston to bind or seat off-center, which shows up as a steam knob that feels gritty or doesn't fully shut off.
