Rancilio Epoca Water Level Adjustment Pressure Switch
This pressure switch governs water level adjustment on current Rancilio Epoca one-group machines, and was previously used on the now-discontinued Audry, Kathy, Lucy and S-20 models. It's a Bitron type 760 switch. Matches Rancilio part #34200061.
