Rancilio High-Limit Thermostat Boiler Sleeve

This sleeve was used only on older heating elements with a threaded hole at the center of the flange. Current elements use welded sleeves instead, and both this sleeve and the thermostats that threaded into it are out of production, with limited stock available.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: older Rancilio heating elements with a threaded center-flange hole

INSTALLATION

Technician-level job — replacing this requires element removal and boiler access.

PRO TIPS

  • Since both this sleeve and its matching thermostat are discontinued, consider upgrading to a current welded-sleeve element the next time this component fails rather than continuing to chase parts for the old design.
