Technician install recommended, especially when upgrading a non-timer unit — see pro tip below.

PRO TIPS

  • Upgrading a non-timer Boxer to this timer board? Remove the rubber membrane and rotate the back PCB 180 degrees so the "P" and hot water buttons line up correctly — skip that rotation and those two buttons will be reversed. Check your serial number first: if it reads "C2***BX*******," the "BX" confirms you have a non-timer unit and need to do the rotation.
