Sanremo Group Dispersion Plate O-ring

This o-ring (OR-GASKET 3187 profile) seats the dispersion plate against the group head, sealing the joint so water is forced evenly through the plate and screen instead of bypassing around the edges.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • 47.29 mm OD x 2.62 mm cross-section (OR-GASKET 3187 profile)

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Sanremo group heads using the 3187-size dispersion plate o-ring
  • Replaces: Sanremo 10502070A (same size/profile as BF_240, RT_240 and similar 3187 o-rings from other brands)

INSTALLATION

DIY - pull the old o-ring out of the dispersion plate groove and seat the new one in its place.

PRO TIPS

  • Water weeping from around the edges of the dispersion plate or screen, rather than running straight down through it, is the telltale sign this o-ring has hardened and compressed. It's a cheap part that prevents channeling and uneven extraction if you catch it early.
