Sanremo Steam Valve Front Rebuild Kit - Cafe Racer & Opera

Rebuild kit for the front lever portion of the steam valve on Sanremo Cafe Racer and Opera machines — stops steam from escaping at the front of the valve. Note: this kit does not address leaks coming from the steam wand itself.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Sanremo Cafe Racer and Opera
  • Replaces: Sanremo KS03A6000000 (previously KIT RUBVAPOPD)
  • Works with: requires Molykote 111 silicone lubricant for proper reassembly

INSTALLATION

A moderate DIY valve rebuild — doable with basic tools, but budget extra time for careful reassembly and lubrication.

PRO TIPS

  • Don't skip the silicone lubricant — Molykote 111 keeps the internal seals from binding or tearing on the lever mechanism, and reassembling dry is the most common cause of early kit failure.
