Pietro B-Modal Multipurpose Vertical Flat Burr Kit - 58mm
Fiorenzato's Pietro line of hand grinders — made by Fiorenzato, an 80+ year veteran of espresso grinder engineering — uses these 58 mm vertical flat steel burrs with Dark-T titanium-carbon-nitride coating, built with a multipurpose "b-modal" geometry that handles everything from espresso to pour-over in one grinder.
