Pietro ProBrewing 58 mm Vertical Flat Burr Kit — M-Modal
Made by Fiorenzato for their Pietro grinder line, this is the current M340 steel burr set, using a filter-focused "Pro Brewing" geometry designed to balance grind size and consistency for filter brewing. It's the direct successor to the earlier Dark-T burr kit.
